Effective June 1, 2020, all Domestic Relations establishment conferences and hearings are conducted by telephone.  Parties will receive notice in the mail of all scheduled events.

BCDRS directs clients to contact the Client Service Unit at 215-340-8068, or email their inquiries to CSBucks@PACSES.com, to have their support questions addressed.  Clients are also encouraged to utilize the Child Support website and Bucks County Domestic Relations website to answer frequently asked questions. 

BCDRS places Frequently Used Documents on this website for clients to use.  The forms include Defendant Payment Options, Direct Deposit Enrollment Form, Payment Instructions, Unreimbursed Medical Expenses Information Sheet, and Unreimbursed Medical Expenses Summary Form.

Enforcement Action

Bucks County Domestic Relations Section takes enforcement when a party does not comply with terms of an order.

Contact BCDRS Client Services at csbucks@pacses.com or 215-340-8068 to request enforcement for missed support, unreimbursed medical/dental, daycare costs, tuition and other ordered expenses.

Officers review cases and make decisions on a case-by-case basis.

If you fail to make payments, BCDRS may take any of the following enforcement remedies against you.

Provide copies of your medical card to Bucks County Domestic Relations
The outstanding support balance is called Arrears

When making payments in conjunction with a contempt proceeding, same can be made in cash or with a debit card at the DRS payment window between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:45 pm.

No credit will be given for payments made outside the court directly to plaintiff except where specifically ordered by the court. 

It can take years to repair bad credit
